Peggi draws on her 14 years of experience in real estate and 2 years as a leasing agent to guide, advise and educate her clients and empower them to make well-informed financial decisions. Her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing Studies has allowed her to demonstrate sharp business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to analyze market trends.

A skilled negotiator, Peggi takes on the negotiation process calmly and uses her experience until the parties settle on a price within the buyer's budget as well as , assisting sellers in s to market their properties for top dollar, guiding them through the entire process. Her consistent performance has been recognized with an award in 2020 International Sterling Society, a distinguished honor presented to only a select group of top sales associates across the globe. Peggi is also a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and currently in a post-studies program for her Certified Senior Housing Professional® (CSHP)
